What's shipped, and when
Every release, newest first. The newest entry is what the What's New button in the top bar shows. For how any of this actually works, see the documentation.
Apply a lineup to your other presets
- After a big roster change, push the preset you just rebuilt onto the rest in one go instead of redoing each one by hand.
- NewLineup Builder
Apply to, next to Duplicate: tick which existing presets should receive this preset's raids, squads, parties, assignments and leave list, see what each one will lose, and confirm once. The presets keep their names; the source preset is untouched; anyone placed in a target but not in the source lands in that target's Unassigned Pool.
Lineup Builder drags no longer lock the page
- Dragging a member or a party in the Lineup Builder could leave the page ignoring every click until a refresh. Drags are now handled by the page itself instead of the browser, and Escape cancels one mid-way.
- FixedLineup Builder
Member and party drags no longer hand the gesture to the browser's own drag-and-drop, which on some Chrome setups got stuck and swallowed clicks. A small name tag follows the cursor, the page scrolls when you drag near the top or bottom edge, and Escape drops the drag.
Event types from the Attendance page
- The settings icon on Attendance now opens the guild's GVG event types too, so voice channels and snapshot times are one click from where captures happen.
- ImprovedAttendance settings
One popup for everything attendance-related: GVG event types (voice channels the bot watches, snapshot times, secondary captures) for anyone allowed to manage them, and the claim window for Leaders. Guild Settings still has the same event type editor.
Dragging a menu item no longer reloads the page
- Pressing and moving on a sidebar or breadcrumb link no longer drags it, so an accidental drop can't send the whole page into a slow reload.
- FixedNavigation drag
Browsers let you drag any link, and dropping one back on the page reloads the tab to it. On a guild page that reload takes several seconds and looked like the site freezing. Navigation links now can't be dragged at all.
Combat Power stops disappearing
- A member who updates only the stats that changed keeps their Combat Power on the roster instead of showing a blank.
- Guild power counts everyone's latest known score again, so it no longer craters mid-cycle.
- FixedCombat Power on Roster Review
A submission that didn't include Combat Power showed an empty score with no fallback to the previous cycle. The score now comes from the most recent cycle that actually reported one, labelled "as of" that cycle, and the change indicator only appears when the score really moved.
- FixedGuild power
The dashboard's guild power totalled only the scores reported inside the current cycle, so partial updates made it look like the guild had lost power overnight. It now counts every member who was in the guild that cycle at their latest known score. Past months are unchanged.
- FixedSubmission review
The Current and change columns in the review queue compare against everything on file for that member, not just their most recent submission.
Roster Review stops nagging
- Gear stats now carry forward between cycles, so members only re-enter what actually changed and are no longer flagged for stats they already reported.
- Row actions moved into a ⋯ menu, and viewing or entering stats opens a popup that works on a phone.
- ImprovedCarried-forward stats
A stat you reported in an earlier cycle still counts as your current value. Roster Review, the officer nudge, and your own quest log now only flag a stat that has never been filled in on any cycle. The stat sheet marks carried values so officers can tell fresh numbers from older ones.
- ImprovedRow actions
View stats, Enter values, and Notify to complete now live behind a ⋯ menu at the end of each Roster Review row instead of a wall of buttons.
- ImprovedStats in a popup
View stats and Enter values open a popup instead of expanding the table, so both are readable on a phone without scrolling a wide table sideways.
- NewNudge confirmation
Notify to complete now asks first and lists exactly which stats it will name, since it sends the member a Discord DM.
Faces on the roster
- Members' Discord avatars now show on the member list, on member profiles, in the Roster face stack on the guild home, and on your own standing panel.
- NewDiscord avatars
The avatar you set for the guild's Discord server shows first; if you haven't set one, your regular Discord avatar. Anyone the bot can't see in the server keeps the initials tile. Pictures come straight from Discord and refresh on their own when someone changes theirs.
Dashboard cards that tell your guilds apart
- Guild cards now lead with the game, show your class and role in colour, and a Bot commands button lists everything the Discord bot can do.
- ImprovedGuild cards
The game's icon sits on the guild emblem and the game name is the first line, so two guilds with the same name read differently at a glance. Your IGN, class and role show as one strip with the same colours the roster uses, rank moves to the header, and the footer shows member count and your next scheduled event.
- NewBot commands popup
A new button on the dashboard opens every slash command grouped by who can run it, with what it does and a usage line showing the options in order. Searchable, and a tap copies the command.
- ImprovedCommunity card
Shows which games its guilds play, bot connection, and pending applicants across all of them.
- FixedQuest log overflow
The missing gear stats quest listed every missing field inside its button, which ran past the edge of the panel. The button now says how many, and the fields are listed on a line beneath that wraps.
- ImprovedYour guilds picker
The guild picker under Guild Manager uses the same guild cards, instead of tiles showing the game's cover art with the guild name tucked in the corner.
Request a game, suggest a feature
- Don't see your game in the New Guild picker? Request it. And a new Feedback entry in your account menu takes feature suggestions and shows you where each one stands.
- NewGame picker with icons
New Guild now shows every supported game as an icon tile instead of a dropdown, with a Request it link underneath for games Omnis doesn't have yet.
- NewFeedback
Account menu > Feedback. Send a feature or game request, then follow it through Submitted, Under review, Approved, In progress and Shipped on the Your requests tab, with any note from the team. You get a notification each time the status changes.
- NewRequests inbox for the platform owner
Platform Admin > Requests lists everything filed, shows whether the sender runs a community, and moves each request along the pipeline with an optional note to the sender.
My Profile, redesigned for multiple guilds
- My Profile now lists your guilds as a collapsed row each, so being on several no longer means scrolling past forms to find yours.
- ImprovedOne row per guild
Each guild shows its IGN, class, role, and rank as chips while collapsed. Tap a row to edit it; only one guild's editor is open at a time, and the guild you're currently viewing opens first.
- ImprovedGaps show at a glance
A guild with no class or role set shows a red chip right on the collapsed row, using the same class and role colors as that guild's member list.
Attendance on a brand-new guild
- A guild with no event types yet gets a setup prompt on Attendance instead of a 404, and the sidebar stays on the guild you are in.
- FixedAttendance setup prompt
Opening Attendance or its Overview on a guild with no event types now explains what is missing. Leaders get a button straight to Guild Settings to turn on the game's default events or add their own.
- ImprovedDefault events arrive on their own
New guilds start with their game's default event types already in place, and adding a default event type to a game now reaches every guild that has Use game default events turned on, without waiting for a settings save.
- FixedSidebar guild
The guild switcher and Manage Guild links no longer snap back to your first-joined guild on a not-found page inside another guild.
Every game gets class and role colors
- Classes and roles now come with a default tag color on every game, so free guilds are never stuck with grey tags.
- NewAutomatic tag colors
Adding a class or role to a game assigns it a color from the Omnis palette, picked to differ from the others on that list. Renaming keeps the color; deleting releases it. Existing games have been filled in, including Aion2.
- NewEdit game defaults
On the Games admin page, click a class or role's swatch to pick a different palette color, type a hex, or re-roll a fresh random one. Every guild on that game picks up the new default.
- ImprovedColors everywhere
Members, Applicants, Lineup Builder, member profiles, and the /flex card all render these game colors. The premium Class & Role Colors panel now overrides them per guild instead of being the only way to get color at all, and Reset returns a tag to its game default.
Unset class and role now look unset
- Profile and roster editors no longer show the first class or role as if it were already chosen when nothing is set yet.
- FixedClass and role pickers
On a fresh roster row the pickers displayed the first option (for example Templar) while the stored value was still empty, so it looked chosen but Save had nothing to send and the dashboard kept saying no class set. Empty now reads as Select class / Select role until you actually pick one.
/flex works for everyone again
- The standing card silently failed to render for any member without perfect 30-day attendance. Everyone's card renders again.
- FixedStanding card render
A styling bug in the attendance bar crashed the card image for any member with at least one unfilled segment, which as event history grew meant almost everyone. The bar renders correctly at every attendance level now.
- ImprovedCard failures are visible
If the card ever fails to render again, the error is logged properly instead of vanishing into a blank embed.
Roster Review keeps its memory across cycles
- A new gear cycle no longer wipes the Roster Review: everyone's latest known stats stay visible, and members who have never submitted are called out separately.
- FixedStats carry over into a new cycle
Members who haven't submitted this cycle yet keep showing their latest known score and stats, marked with the cycle they came from, instead of a blank row. The average score card runs on latest known values too.
- NewNever submitted list
Members with no gear data in any cycle now show a Never status and their own list above the table, separate from members who simply haven't submitted this cycle yet.
- ImprovedDefault sort
The roster table opens sorted by Combat Power, highest first, so it reads as the guild's power ranking. Any column header still re-sorts.
Quests get their own permission
- Posting, closing, and judging quests is now its own delegable officer permission instead of riding on Manage DKP.
- NewManage quests toggle
A new officer permission in Guild Settings covers posting and closing quests and reviewing quest submissions. Guilds that had Manage DKP on were granted it automatically, so nothing changes until a Leader narrows it.
- ImprovedManage DKP scope
Manage DKP now means exactly what its description says: earn rules, bonuses, and balance adjustments. Quest duties no longer come along silently.
Consistency sweep
- The audit's polish list: corrected docs, tone colors for every notification type, tighter feature gates, and a copy cleanup across the app.
- FixedDocs accuracy
The docs page no longer claims notifications are bell-only or that Round Robin is still planned, and the Rewards Hub sidebar description now includes Reward Distribution and My Claim History.
- ImprovedNotification tones
Auction, quest, dice roll, round robin, gear, and billing notifications now carry their proper tone color in the bell and on the notifications page instead of falling back to neutral.
- ImprovedFeature gates
DKP, Wishlist, and Rewards management endpoints now all respect their feature toggle and plan consistently, matching the rest of their families.
- ImprovedCopy and icons
A sweep replaced leftover emoji status markers with proper icons and tightened wording across settings, gear, insights, and bot embeds.
Faster shuffles, no phantom queue jams
- Archiving a reward item can no longer silently block future shuffles, and running a shuffle is much faster for big rosters.
- FixedArchived items release their queue
Archiving a reward item now expires its still-pending distribution picks, and the shuffle gate ignores picks on archived items. Previously those invisible picks could block new shuffles behind an apparently empty queue.
- ImprovedShuffle speed
The ceremony writes its whole pick queue in one insert instead of one per pick, so large shuffles commit in a fraction of the time and the button stays locked for much less of it.
- ImprovedSidebar badge
The pending-rewards badge count is computed in two queries flat instead of several per guild, trimming every page load a little more.
Linked alts count everywhere
- Bot commands and attendance nudges now treat a linked main and alt as one person, the way the website always has.
- FixedAttendance nudges respect alts
Attending on your linked alt now counts for the pair: no more missed or at-risk notifications for a main whose alt was in the voice channel, and only one account of a pair is nudged.
- Fixed/rewards mine sees alt claims
A reward claim recorded under your linked alt now shows the whole pair as claimed for the cycle, matching what officers see on the website.
- FixedShuffle extras fold to mains
Typing an alt as an extra shuffle member now counts as their main, so a linked pair can no longer appear twice in one shuffle or dodge the already-claimed exclusion.
- FixedRoster lookups
Departed members no longer appear in the bot's flagged and roster views, and new members no longer start with a miss streak inherited from events before they joined.
Faster bot commands and page loads
- The /rewards mine command, attendance capture, and every dashboard page load got a round of database tuning.
- Improved/rewards mine responds faster
Eligibility checks that ran one query per reward item now run as a single batch, keeping the command well inside Discord's response deadline even with several items configured.
- ImprovedAttendance capture
DKP for a capture is now awarded in one write for the whole member list instead of one per member, so large captures land noticeably quicker.
- ImprovedPage loads
Two new database indexes cover the membership and pending-reward lookups that run on every page, trimming a little latency everywhere.
Reward pipeline hardening
- Three race conditions in the reward pipeline are closed: double-submitting a shuffle, undoing a batch conclude twice, and claim actions crossing paths with Conclude Distribution.
- FixedUndo Conclude is strictly one level deep
Undoing a batch conclude twice can no longer fall through to an older boundary and merge a fully-claimed batch into the current one. The server also refuses the undo once the new batch has claims, a guard that previously only hid the button.
- FixedShuffle double-submit
Two rapid Run Shuffle clicks could both pass the pending-distribution check and create duplicate queues with duplicate announcements. The check now re-runs inside the shuffle's own lock, so the second click is refused.
- FixedClaim and Conclude no longer race
A claim landing at the same moment as Conclude Distribution (or a conflicting Skip) could overwrite the pick's outcome and send contradictory notifications. Whichever action commits first now wins and the other is refused.
My Claim History, and a safer Undo
- Regular members get their own Claim History, a card per batch showing what you received and when.
- Undo last ceremony is now strictly limited to the shuffle you just ran, never an older one.
- NewMy Claim History
Regular members now have a Claim History page of their own, cards grouped by batch showing every item you've received, the date, and the GVG event.
- FixedUndo last ceremony
Undo could previously become re-enabled for an older, already-resolved shuffle after undoing the most recent one. It's now strictly limited to the single most recent run.
Reward notifications, start to finish
- You're now notified when a shuffle puts you in the distribution queue, when your item is handed over, and when a cycle closes without one for you.
- NewDistribution queue notification
A shuffle now notifies everyone it puts in the pending distribution queue, linking straight to the Reward Distribution page.
- NewReward handed over notification
When an Officer marks your pick claimed, you get a notification naming exactly what you received, a personal record alongside Claim History.
- NewCycle concluded notification
If a cycle closes while you were still waiting, you're notified that you didn't receive a reward this time, with a nudge to join the next GVG event.
Sidebar badge for pending rewards, cleaner /rewards embeds
- A pending reward now shows as a badge on the sidebar, and the Rewards Hub opens automatically so it's never hidden behind a collapsed menu.
- /rewards mine, batch-list, and member now reply with a clean embed instead of emoji-heavy text.
- NewReward Distribution sidebar badge
When you have an unresolved reward pick waiting, the sidebar shows a badge on Reward Distribution and auto-opens the Rewards Hub menu.
- Improved/rewards commands
Mine, batch-list, and member now reply with a proper embed matching your guild's accent color, no more emoji per line.
One queue position, everywhere
- Your status banner now shows your name and one position, the same number an Officer sees in the distribution queue.
- /rewards mine responds faster and shows that same single queue position.
- ImprovedYour status banner
Redesigned as a compact HUD strip with your player name and a single queue position instead of a separate rank per item. Items show their status inline: in queue, eligible, or claimed this cycle.
- Improved/rewards mine
Shows your one distribution queue position, matching the Reward Distribution page exactly.
- Fixed/rewards commands timing out
Fixed "The application did not respond" on /rewards mine, batch-list, and member when the server took longer than Discord's reply deadline.
Your reward status, right at the top
- Reward Distribution now opens with your own eligibility and queue position, no scrolling through the full list to find yourself.
- NewYour status banner
Reward Distribution now shows your eligibility for every item up top, plus your exact queue position ("#3 of 8 in line, Priority") when you're waiting on a pick, with a jump link straight to your row.
- ImprovedPriority vs. Fallback, clearer
The Priority and Fallback sections are now color-coded with a one-line explainer, so it's obvious at a glance which group rolls first.
See who's in line for rewards, even if you're not an Officer
- Reward Distribution is now viewable by any member, and /rewards mine now shows your queue position from the most recent shuffle.
- NewReward Distribution, read-only for members
Any Verified member can now open Reward Distribution and see the full pending queue, with their own row called out. Claiming, skipping, and concluding are still Officer+ only.
- New/rewards mine shows your queue rank
If you're currently waiting on a pick from the most recent shuffle, /rewards mine now shows exactly where you stand, e.g. "#2 of 5 in line (Priority)".
Hover tooltips on Login and Install Bot
- Hovering Log in or Install Bot now shows who each one is for, so it's clear at a glance before you click.
- NewLogin / Install Bot tooltips
Hover Log in to see "For guild members" or Install Bot to see "For guild leaders/officers".
Add to Discord is now Install Bot
- Renamed the install button to Install Bot with its own icon, so it no longer looks like the Log in button.
- ImprovedInstall Bot button
The button that adds the bot to a Discord server is now labeled Install Bot with a dedicated icon, everywhere it appears. Log in keeps the Discord logo, Install Bot doesn't, so the two are easier to tell apart at a glance.
See how you can pay, before you pay
- The Pricing page and Plan & Billing now show every accepted payment channel: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay, QR Ph, online banking, and over-the-counter.
- NewAccepted payment channels
Payment channel chips on the Pricing page and the Plan & Billing page, so there's no guessing how checkout works. Card payments show as coming soon until they're live.
Leave Guild button, and permission delegation that actually splits
- Members can now leave a guild's roster themselves. Delegated Officer permissions on Attendance, Lineup Builder, and Batch Management now show exactly what was granted, not the whole panel.
- NewLeave Guild
Hover a guild in the sidebar switcher and click Leave to remove yourself from that guild's roster. Same soft removal as an officer removing someone, your rank/notes/history are kept in case you rejoin.
- ImprovedPer-action officer permissions
Attendance's excusal and capture controls, the Lineup Builder's raid create/edit/delete, and Batch Management's conclude/undo and record/remove-claim now each show only for their own delegated permission, instead of showing the whole panel to anyone with any one of the related permissions.
'I attended' claims pick a real event day
- The attendance claim form is now a popup with its own Event and Event date pickers, listing only days the event actually ran.
- ImprovedClaim popup with real event days
The 'I attended (wasn't captured)' form opens as a popup with an Event dropdown and an Event date dropdown listing that event's actual recent days (from its schedule plus days with attendance on file), newest first with today tagged as ongoing. No free date entry, no tab dependence, a claim can only land on a day the event actually ran.
- NewClaim window setting
Leaders can set how far back members can file a claim from the settings icon on the Attendance page, 14 days by default, up to 30.
- ImprovedClaims visible across all events
Your claim-status chips and the officers' pending review queue now show claims for every event type with the event named on each, so a claim filed for another event no longer hides behind the selected tab.
Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
- Legal pages are live, linked from the footer.
- NewTerms of Service & Privacy Policy pages
New /terms and /privacy pages covering how Omnis works, payments, data collection, and your rights. Linked from the site footer.
Quarterly and Annual billing terms
- Pay for 3 or 12 months at once and save, on top of the existing Monthly option. Still a one-time payment, no auto-charge.
- NewQuarterly & Annual terms
The Plan & Billing page now offers Monthly, Quarterly (15% off), and Annual (25% off) terms, set by the platform owner. Paying covers that term's full length in one checkout, same manual-renewal model as today, just longer.
- ImprovedReferral codes stay Monthly-only
A referral code's first-payment discount only applies to the Monthly term, it never stacks with a Quarterly/Annual term discount. The referral field hides automatically once a longer term is selected.
- ImprovedPayment history shows the term
Each row in Payment history now shows which term that checkout bought, alongside its amount and status.
Billing: know your renewal date without waiting for a reminder
- The Plan & Billing page now shows exactly when your plan expires (or trial ends, or grace period runs out) right above the Pay button, in plain language.
- NewRenewal date on the Payment section
Active, Trialing, and Past due communities now see a plain-language line above the Pay button: when the plan is active until, when the trial ends, or when a grace period runs out, plus a note that paying early adds time on top instead of wasting it.
Real claimed times everywhere
- Every place that shows a claim's date now shows when it was actually handed off, not the backdated batch timestamp.
- FixedClaimed dates sitewide
The Claim History table, Batch Management lists, member profiles, the dashboard's Last loot, and the /flex card all showed the batch-attribution timestamp, which is backdated for catch-up claims. They now show the real claim time. The CSV export carries both: Timestamp (real) and Batch Timestamp (attribution).
Priority Rotation: batch and claims-trail accuracy pass
- The Recent claims trail now shows when each claim actually happened plus which batch it was counted toward, catch-up claims no longer display days in the past.
- FixedClaims trail dates
Catch-up claims counted toward a previous batch used to display their backdated timestamp. The trail now shows the real hand-off time, with a separate Batch column for where the claim was counted.
- ImprovedClaims trail filters & pages
The trail is paginated at 25 rows with a Show all option, plus item and batch filters alongside member search. Item tags no longer wrap mid-word.
- ImprovedUndo conclude safety
Undo conclude now disappears as soon as the new batch has its own claims, so a late undo can no longer fold fresh claims back into the previous batch.
- ImprovedCatch-up scope
Count toward previous batch now reaches exactly one batch back. An item missed two concludes ago is forfeited instead of being backfillable from the distribution queue.
- ImprovedBatch Management defaults
Claimed lists sort by newest claim first by default, and the manual Record skip form is gone, skips are only recorded from the Reward Distribution queue when someone passes on their turn.
- ImprovedClaim History focus
The Skipped table and stat are gone from Claim History, skip monitoring lives on Batch Management instead.
Notification panel: unread/read split, louder billing alerts
- The notification bell now separates unread from read, and Trial/plan-expiring alerts get a highlighted background and warning icon so they're hard to scroll past.
- ImprovedUnread/read split
Unread notifications now show above a "Read" divider instead of mixed into one list, so what still needs a look is always at the top.
- ImprovedLouder Trial/plan alerts
Trial ending, plan renewal due, and plan grace period ending now stand out with a tinted background and a warning icon instead of just a thin colored border.
Roster Health: recent changes card
- Roster Health now surfaces who recently changed class/role and who submitted or had gear stats recorded, so you don't have to catch it by accident.
- NewRecent changes card
A new card on the Members > Roster Health page lists the most recent class/role edits alongside recent gear stat activity (submitted, officer-recorded, or approved), each with who and when.
Attendance, gear entry, and lineup fixes
- Three small but confusing rough edges cleaned up: former members no longer look like guests, linked gear stats no longer ask for both, and each lineup preset now keeps its own leave list.
- FixedAttendance: Left vs Guest
A captured attendee who has since left the guild now shows a "Left" tag instead of "Guest", and no longer offers to re-add them as a member from the attendance table (that belongs on the Members page, where you can see why they left).
- FixedLinked gear stats
Linked stat pairs like PATK/MATK used to show as two separate fields both labeled "or the other one", reading as fill in both. Now it's one field with a small toggle to pick which stat it is, and only the selected one is ever saved, even when auto-fill reads a real number for both sides of the pair (this game's stat screen always shows both, regardless of build).
- FixedLineup Builder: leave list per preset
The on leave / filler list was shared across every preset, so marking someone on leave for Guild League also pulled them out of Emperium Overrun. Each preset now keeps its own leave list.
Roster Health, rebuilt
- Members is now four pages instead of one long scroll, and it opens on Roster Health: a card grid of everything that needs a decision this week.
- NewRoster Health page
The Members landing page for Officers and Leaders. Needs attention, gear cycle progress, who is doing well, roster data gaps, new members and trials, and account linking, all as cards instead of a list buried under the roster table.
- NewGear cycle card
How many members have submitted this cycle, how many are waiting on review, who meets every target for their role, and an expandable list of who hasn't submitted yet.
- NewRoster data gaps
Surfaces members with no class, role, or IGN set. These members were silently invisible to Lineup Builder and got no gear status chips, with nothing anywhere telling you why.
- NewRoster health settings
Leaders can tune the inactivity, streak, and new-member thresholds from the settings icon on the page. Each field shows its default and marks the ones you have changed.
- ImprovedClass and role filters
The Classes and Roles chips above the roster now filter the table when clicked, and stay in sync with the dropdowns. Click a chip again to clear it.
- ImprovedMembers navigation
Members is now an accordion in the sidebar: Roster Health, Member List, Preview, and History, so you no longer scroll past the whole roster to reach the summary.
- FixedStale member pages
Adding, editing, removing, merging, linking, or unlinking a member now refreshes the pages that show them. Several of those actions were refreshing a path that did not exist, so the roster could stay stale until a hard reload.
Gear Insights and stat targets
- My Gear Progress now opens with a personal Gear Insights panel: your score against the guild's target for your role, the stats to work on next, and anything still missing.
- NewStat targets
Officers can set ideal stat values per role (DPS, Tank, Healer) from the settings icon on the Gear Progress page or in Guild Settings. Blank means no target.
- NewGear Insights
A panel at the top of My Gear Progress with your score vs target, growth since last cycle, and a biggest-gaps-first list of stats to work on. Exact target numbers live here.
- ImprovedEntry form
Each stat field now shows your current saved value and a one-word status chip: Good, Off-target, or Missing. A summary bar counts how many stats you have on record.
Discord invite on the apply popup
- Applicants who aren't in the guild's Discord yet get a Join their Discord button right in the apply popup, no more hunting for an invite.
- NewApply popup
The join-Discord-first step now shows a Join their Discord button. The bot creates and maintains a permanent invite automatically, and keeps it working even if someone revokes it.
- NewDiscord settings
Community owners can paste their own invite link (set to never expire) to override the bot-generated one, for vanity URLs or a curated landing channel.
- ImprovedGear Progress
For officers, Gear Progress in the sidebar is now a section with My Gear Progress and Roster Review as separate pages. Roster Review carries the pending-review count, and the section opens itself whenever submissions are waiting.
Members page redesign
- The roster table is easier to scan: identity tags merge under each name, attendance cells slim down to just the numbers, and streaks ride inline as red/green badges.
- ImprovedMembers
Class, role, and rank tags now sit under each member's name instead of three separate columns, and each event column shows compact attended and missed counts with the full breakdown (including excused) on hover. The Member column stays pinned while event columns scroll.
- NewStreak badges
Miss streaks of 2 or more show as a red badge with a count right on the event cell, and 3 or more attended in a row earns a green badge. Both are all-time, whatever range is selected.
- NewAll time range
The Members range picker gains an All time preset next to Last 30 days. On the free plan it shows the last 30 days, matching the attendance history window.
- ImprovedSorting
Clicking an event column header now sorts by that event's current miss streak. Class/Role/Rank sorting moved out with their columns; the toolbar filters still narrow by them.
Wishlist system
- Members can now build a ranked wishlist; officers see who wants what on every distribution system.
- NewWishlist
Members pick a ranked list of items they want from the guild's own catalog. Changing a filled slot has a cooldown; empty slots and reordering don't. A "wishlisted by" count shows on Treasury items, DKP auctions, Dice Roll, and Round Robin offers.
/setup: Officer role mapping
- /setup can now map a Discord role to Officer access, not just Leader.
- NewOfficer role mapping in /setup
Assign a Discord role that grants Officer-level access on top of whatever rank a member has on the roster, right from the /setup command.
Custom class/role tag colors + Dashboard and Attendance polish
- Premium guilds can now recolor class and role tags across Members, Lineup Builder, and Applicants.
- Dashboard's Battle Schedule now sorts by date and highlights just the next event.
- NewClass & role tag colors (Premium)
Override the color coding used for classes and roles wherever they show up, from a new panel in Guild Settings. A lapsed plan keeps showing your saved colors, it only locks further edits.
- ImprovedBattle schedule sorted by date
Dashboard's schedule cards now sort soonest-first instead of creation order, and only the next event gets the gold highlight and a Next tag.
- ImprovedCleaner manual capture row
The occurrence dropdown and Run Manual Capture button now sit flush on one line instead of looking vertically offset.
- NewPlatform owner guild watchlist
Pin a guild you're not rostered on from Platform Overview so it shows up in your own sidebar for support and QA.
- FixedOwner access to a guild's boards
Dropping into a guild via Platform Overview's Open link could still show "Verified members only"; the owner bypass now applies everywhere that check runs.
Attendance capture timezone fix + manual capture picker
- Fixed a bug where a manual capture run early in the morning could land on the wrong day.
- Officers can now pick which scheduled occurrence a manual capture belongs to.
- FixedManual capture wrong-day bug
A capture run in the early hours of your local morning could be logged under the previous day. Attendance captures now use the event's own timezone instead of the server clock's UTC date.
- NewPick the capture occurrence
The manual capture button now shows a dropdown of the current/ongoing and next/upcoming scheduled dates for events with a schedule, so you can say exactly which one a snapshot belongs to.
Game default GVG events
- New guilds can now start from a game's default GVG event types instead of setting every one up from scratch.
- NewUse game default events
A new toggle in Guild Settings adds the platform owner's default event types for your game as your own editable event types. Customize or remove any of them afterward, and your existing event types are never touched by turning this on or off.
Round Robin: a fixed queue for treasury items
- A new distribution system: the next item always goes to the next person in line.
- Five ways to build the initial order: join date, attendance rate, lineup order, hand-arranged, or a one-time random shuffle.
- NewRound Robin rotations
Officers create a rotation, pick an ordering source, and distribute items to whoever the cursor is on. Members accept (win recorded) or pass (cursor moves on, they keep their place for next time). Officers can decide on a member's behalf and reorder a hand-arranged rotation with up/down arrows.
Dice Roll: free, random, no points needed
- A new way to hand out treasury items: everyone eligible rolls once, highest wins, no DKP spent.
- Roll from the dashboard or right from a button on the Discord announcement.
- NewDice Roll sessions
Officers open a roll on any available treasury item, open to everyone or only members who attended a specific event day. Every roll is visible live as it comes in. Ties automatically reroll among just the tied members until there's a single winner.
- NewDiscord Roll button
The opening announcement carries a Roll button. Click it in Discord and you're in, no need to open the dashboard.
Guild Quests: earn DKP by doing more than showing up
- Officers can now post quests that pay DKP for a proof screenshot or for attending a specific event day.
- Each quest picks its own repeat schedule (once, daily, or weekly) and an optional first-N slot limit for bounty-style races.
- NewQuest board
A new Quests page under Rewards Hub. Members submit a proof screenshot (reviewed by an officer, same flow as Gear Progress) or automatically complete a quest by attending the event day it's tied to. Approved quests pay DKP instantly.
- NewRepeats and slots
Officers pick once, daily, or weekly per quest, plus an optional slot cap for a race-style bounty. Rejected submissions can always be resubmitted; approved ones never re-open until the next period.
DKP Auctions: spend your points
- Treasury items can now be auctioned for DKP: bid, buy out instantly, or sell at a fixed price, with anti-snipe timers.
- Per-auction privacy: public or anonymous bidding, and full bid lists or winner-only results.
- NewAuctions on the DKP page
Officers start an auction from any available treasury item with three sale types: Bid + Buy now, Bid only, or Buy now only (fixed price, first to pay wins). Timed or manual close; a late bid extends the timer so sniping doesn't pay.
- NewFair by design
Bids never lock your points and losing costs nothing. The winner is the highest bidder who can still afford it at close, and officers get one Undo that refunds and restores the item.
- NewVisibility controls
Each auction picks its own privacy: public or anonymous bidding while it runs, and a full bid list or winner-only after it closes. The winner and price are always shown.
DKP: show up, earn points
- Members now earn DKP automatically for attendance, with a new DKP page under Rewards Hub for balances, history, and the leaderboard.
- Seven optional bonus mechanics, each its own toggle: win days, attend streaks, gear submissions, perfect weeks, trial graduation, referrals, and donations.
- NewDKP page
Turn DKP on in Guild Settings and set points per event type, with an optional on-time bonus. Members see their balance, how points are earned, their history, and the leaderboard (visible to everyone or officers only, your choice). Officers with the DKP permission manage rules and adjust balances with a reason.
- NewBonus mechanics
All off by default: win bonus (mark a day as a win), attend streak (every N in a row), gear submitted, perfect week, trial graduation, referral, and donations logged from the Treasury.
- NewInvited by on applications
Applicants can name the member who invited them. Officers see it on the application, and the referrer earns the referral bonus when the applicant is accepted.
Guild Treasury: one home for everything you distribute
- The Rewards Hub is now an expandable sidebar group with a new Treasury page: rotation items with optional stock counting, plus single drops you can queue into rotation or hand out directly. Members see the full ledger of who won what.
- NewTreasury page
Rotation items (your recurring reward items, moved here from Guild Settings) and single drops (concrete items the guild acquired, with an optional image) live in one place. Members can view it; managing it is a new delegable Officer permission.
- NewOptional stock counting
Turn on Track quantity for a rotation item and the Treasury shows how many remain (total minus everything claimed). Top up the total when new supply drops. Leave it off to keep claiming until you conclude the batch.
- NewQueue or hand out single drops
Queue a drop into a rotation so the next eligible member gets it, or hand it out directly with a required reason. Either way the winner, mechanic, and reason stay visible to the roster.
- ImprovedRewards Hub sidebar accordion
Rewards Hub now expands in the sidebar into Overview, Priority Rotation (the shuffle and batches you know), Treasury, and History. The new Overview page shows your active distribution systems, with DKP, Dice Roll, and Round Robin coming next.
Gear entry: errors now point at the exact field
- FixedGear stat validation names the problem field
Submitting gear stats with an invalid value used to show one vague error with no hint where the problem was. Each failing field is now outlined red with its own message (not a number, or outside the allowed range), the summary lists the field names, and the highlight clears as you fix it. Applies to your own entry form and both officer entry surfaces.
- ImprovedWhole-number stats round themselves
Typing a decimal into a whole-number stat is no longer an error. The value rounds to the nearest whole number when you leave the field, and again at submit as a safety net.
Lineup assign permission, officer rank cap, quest log gear nudge
- Assigning members into party slots is now its own delegable permission, separate from raid config. Delegated Officers can no longer promote or demote anyone into/out of the Officer rank.
- NewLineup Builder: Assign members permission
Dragging/tapping members into party slots, swapping parties, marking on-leave, and managing squads/presets now runs on its own "Assign members" toggle instead of a blanket officer check, separate from the existing Add/Rename/Delete raids toggles.
- ImprovedRank changes stop at Veteran for delegated Officers
A Leader can delegate "Change member ranks" to Officers, but promoting to or demoting from Officer rank itself always stays Leader-only.
- NewQuest Log flags missing gear stats
If your Gear Progress submission is missing required fields, the dashboard Quest Log now names exactly which ones and links straight to the entry form, not just the one-off officer DM.
- ImprovedRoster Health: no more duplicate flags
A member on an active miss streak for an event type no longer also shows a separate "never attended" tag for that same event type.
Officer permissions: hand-pick individual actions, not just areas
- The 8 broad permission toggles are now ~20 specific ones, grouped and collapsible, covering Attendance excusals/approvals and a new Gear Progress group that didn't exist before.
- ImprovedGranular permission toggles
"Manage reward batches and claims" is now 4 separate switches (conclude/reopen batches, record claims, edit reward items, view batch list). Event types, Members, and Lineup raid config are similarly split into their individual actions. The panel groups them into collapsible sections so it's still scannable.
- NewAttendance actions now delegable
Adding/removing excusals, approving or denying a member's attendance/excuse request, and marking which snapshot counts as priority for a day were previously available to every Officer with no way to restrict them. They're now three separate toggles a Leader can grant or withhold.
- NewGear Progress permission group
New: configuring gear attributes, recording a member's gear values directly, and reviewing gear submissions are each their own delegable action, gathered under a new Gear Progress group.
Officers skip the gear review queue for their own entry
- Officers and Leaders entering their own Gear Progress no longer wait on another officer's approval.
- FixedNo more waiting to approve yourself
An Officer or Leader submitting their own gear stats used to land in the same pending review queue as everyone else, even though they're already trusted to record any member's stats directly. It now saves straight to their record.
- ImprovedRoster Review's Hasn't Submitted list, less gold
The header and member chips for members who haven't submitted this cycle are no longer gold-highlighted.
Gear attributes: linked alternatives and optional stats
- Build-dependent stat pairs (like Physical vs Magical Attack) can now be linked so only one needs filling, and any attribute can be marked optional.
- NewLink attributes as alternatives
Two attributes (e.g. PATK/MATK) can be linked from Guild Settings → Gear attributes. Once linked, filling either one satisfies the pair, so the other never shows up as missing in Roster Review or a notify-to-complete DM.
- NewOptional attributes
Any attribute can be marked optional, meaning it's never counted as missing or required, filled or not, anywhere in Gear Progress.
- ImprovedEntry form shows the hint
A linked field's label now shows "or {other stat}" and an optional field shows "optional", so members know upfront they don't have to fill both.
Billing bell notifications, and the last of the gear gold
- Trial extensions, and trial/renewal/grace deadlines, now ring the bell as well as DM. Gear Progress category headers stopped going gold too.
- NewBell notification when a trial is extended
Extending a community's trial from the admin console now notifies the owner (bell + DM) with how many days were added and the new end date, not just a silent database change.
- NewBell notifications for billing deadlines
The existing pre-expiry DMs and emails (trial ending, renewal due, grace period ending, each 1 to 3 days out) now also post a bell notification, so the reminder shows up in-app even if a DM got missed.
- ImprovedGear Progress category headers no longer gold
GEAR SCORE, PRIMARY STATS, SECONDARY STATS, and EQUIPMENT section headers on every gear entry form (member self-entry and officer entry, on both the member profile and the Gear Progress page) are now white, matching the rest of the accent cleanup.
Roster health: which event type, and less gold
- "Never attended" now names the event type, the list is sorted by what's actually urgent, and a few pages back off the gold accent where it wasn't earning its keep.
- FixedNever attended now names the event type
A bare "Never attended" only fired if a member had attended nothing at all, so a member who shows up for one event type but has skipped another entirely never got flagged for that gap. It's now per event type, "Never attended (Emperium Overrun)", and catches that case.
- ImprovedRoster health list sorted and summarized
A scope breakdown (miss streaks / never attended / inactive, with counts) sits above the list, and each member leads with their worst signal instead of an even wall of badges.
- ImprovedLess gold on the member profile
Gear Progress entry fields are no longer specially highlighted gold, the Close button on inline gear entry is grey like every other close action, and a reward claim's quantity/sub-currency breakdown is no longer gold, only the item name is.
Gear Progress: entry ranges, missing-stat visibility, and nudges
- Attribute limits keep member entries in range, and officers can now see exactly what's missing and nudge a member to finish.
- NewMin/max limits on gear attributes
A platform owner or guild leader can now cap an attribute's entry to a range (e.g. an equipment tier field limited 1 to 100), so members aren't guessing what a field wants. Shown as a hint under the field and enforced on submit.
- NewMissing stats called out on Roster Review
A submitted member with blank fields now shows a "N stats missing" flag on their row and in the stat sheet, instead of those fields quietly disappearing from the list.
- NewNotify to complete
Officers can nudge a member with missing stats directly from Roster Review: a DM and bell notification list exactly which fields are still blank.
Gear Progress: per-member visibility and safer edits
- Officers finally see each member's full stats and progression, and partial edits no longer wipe other fields.
- FixedPartial edits no longer blank other stats
Entering just one value (say, Combat Power) used to overwrite every other stat with nothing. Officer entries now merge with what's on file, and the entry form opens pre-filled with the member's current values.
- NewView stats on Roster Review
Every row expands to the member's full current stat sheet, their cycle-by-cycle score progression, and the last submission date next to the status chip.
- NewMember profiles show the full picture
The Gear Progress panel on a member's profile now lists their complete current stats, and every history entry expands to its full breakdown. The gear link for officers now goes to Roster Review instead of your own gear page.
- ImprovedProof screenshots open in a viewer, not a new tab
Reviewing a submission's screenshots now opens a full-screen viewer right in the queue, with arrow-key navigation between shots and an Open original link. No more bouncing between browser tabs.
- ImprovedAuto-fill tells you what happened and what's next
After reading your screenshots, auto-fill highlights every field it filled with a ✦ mark and a banner spells out the next step: review, fix, fill gaps, then submit. Nothing is saved until you press Submit for review.
Guild accent color
- Premium guilds can tint their identity surfaces with their own color, with a one-click reset back to Omnis gold.
- NewAccent color picker in Guild Settings
Preset swatches or any custom hex. The accent shows on your guild's browse row emblem, the roster preview header band, and the /lineup embed stripe in Discord. Squad colors, role tags, and status colors always keep their meaning.
- NewReset to default
One click reverts everything to the stock Omnis gold. Lapsed plans fall back to gold automatically, and your saved color comes back when the plan renews.
Officer permission toggles
- Leaders can now hand picked Leader-only feature areas to their Officers, per guild, from Guild Settings.
- NewOfficer permissions panel
Eight switches in Guild Settings: run ceremonies, manage batches and claims, edit event types and capture config, remove members and change ranks, roster import, lineup raid config, manual attendance capture, and CSV exports. Everything starts off; every change is written to the History audit log.
- NewBot commands honor the same toggles
/attendance capture, /rewards batch-list, and /roster lookup accept Officers whose Leader granted the matching permission, the exact same source of truth as the dashboard.
- ImprovedRoster import is now delegation-gated
Importing can overwrite a whole roster, so it moved from blanket Officer access to its own toggle. Leaders keep access as always.
Sticky panels actually stick now
- A global CSS rule had silently disabled sticky positioning across the whole site. The Lineup Builder's unassigned pool now follows you as you scroll, and the sidebar and top bars pin properly on long pages.
- FixedSticky positioning sitewide
The horizontal-scroll safety net (overflow-x on the page body) was quietly turning off position: sticky for everything on the page. Switched it to a clipping rule that keeps sideways scrolling blocked without breaking sticky, so the Lineup Builder pool, sidebar, and top bars all pin correctly while scrolling.
/setup: configure Omnis without leaving Discord
- A server admin can now run /setup right in Discord to map the Leaders role and alert channels with native role and channel pickers, and the bot's install welcome message grew into a full setup guide.
- New/setup command
Run it bare for a setup checklist showing what's configured and what's still missing, or pass any mix of options (Leaders role, linked role, attendance/rewards/announcement channels) to set them in one go. No more copying role IDs into the dashboard.
- ImprovedInstall welcome guide
When the bot joins a server it now posts a rich welcome embed: a 3-step setup walkthrough, what's free for every server, the key commands, and links to the dashboard, docs, and support server.
Insights: range switcher, weekly roster chart
- The 30/60/90-day range switcher from the original design is now live and controls every day-windowed number on the Insights page at once, and the roster's Joined vs Left chart is now weekly instead of monthly so you can actually see which week a departure spike happened in.
- NewInsights range switcher
30/60/90-day chips at the top of Insights now control the weekly attendance chart, weekday turnout, excusal/self-report counts, the Most Reliable window, reward volume, and the recruitment funnel, all at once.
- ImprovedRoster Joined vs Left
Switched from monthly to weekly buckets, so a bad week doesn't blur into a whole month's average.
Notification colors actually mean something now
- The colored bar on each notification is now a real signal, green for good news, gold for something needing your attention, red for something negative, and sky blue for platform-wide announcements, instead of every row looking the same.
- FixedNotification accent colors
A CSS conflict was making every notification's left border render the same color regardless of type. Fixed, and every notification type now has a deliberate color: green (good), gold (needs attention), red (negative), sky blue (platform-wide), or muted gray (a plain confirmation).
Insights grows into a real analytics page
- The Insights page is rebuilt from three bare charts into a full analytics view: a guild-pulse KPI strip, attendance health with at-risk and most-reliable lists, Combat Power trends with top gainers, roster movement, reward fairness, and the recruitment funnel.
- NewKPI pulse strip
Active roster with 30-day net change, 4-week attendance rate with trend vs the prior 4 weeks, average Combat Power vs last cycle, gear submission coverage, and a members-at-risk count, all at the top of Insights.
- NewAttendance analytics
Weekly rate chart, average turnout by weekday, excusal and self-report volume, a Needs Attention list (miss streaks, declining members, no-shows), and a Most Reliable leaderboard. Names link to member profiles.
- NewCombat Power analytics
Guild average CP cycle over cycle, top gainers since last cycle, average CP by role, and a count of members who haven't submitted gear this cycle.
- NewReward fairness
Who's gone longest since their last reward, items handed out in the last 90 days, shuffles run, and the claimed vs skipped split.
- NewRecruitment funnel
Applications over the last 90 days: accepted with rate, rejected, pending now, and new-member retention.
- ImprovedRoster trends
Joined vs left is now one diverging chart instead of two stacked ones, alongside role composition, rank counts, and median tenure.
Apply to a guild without leaving the page
- Applying to a guild from the picker now opens a popup instead of a full page, the browse list gets a cleaner tile, the mobile header no longer overflows, gated features are now labeled Premium instead of Paid, and Payment History shows a reference ID you can send us for support.
- ImprovedApply popup
Clicking a guild in Your Guilds' "Other guilds" list now opens an apply form in a popup instead of navigating away. The shareable apply link still works exactly as before.
- ImprovedGuild browse list
The "Other guilds" list now shows each guild's own emblem, its Guild Leader, and a dedicated game column, with search and a game filter. Premium guilds get a gold crown tag next to their name.
- FixedMobile header overflow
The Log In and Add to Discord buttons no longer overflow the screen on mobile, and the page can no longer be dragged sideways.
- FixedHomepage step icon
The step 1 icon in "Get started in 3 steps" wasn't rendering in some browsers, fixed.
- ImprovedLineup Builder party leader icon
Swapped for a crown that matches the rest of the app's iconography.
- Improved"Premium" labeling
Gated features now say Premium instead of Paid across the app, matching the plan name.
- NewPayment reference IDs
Payment History on the Billing page now shows a Reference ID for each checkout, with a one-click copy button, so you have something to send us if a payment needs looking into.
- FixedHomepage pricing
The homepage's pricing cards now show member caps alongside guild caps, matching the full pricing page.
- NewNo commitment messaging
Premium now says "No commitment, cancel anytime" everywhere it's offered.
- FixedGuild Settings layout
Danger Zone now always sits at the very bottom of the Guild Settings page, below Discord overrides, on both desktop and mobile.
- Improved/lineup embed styling
Cleaner /lineup view and /lineup party replies, with the emoji clutter trimmed down to just the ⭐ marker for your own row.
Cleaner reward runs, batch filters, and clearer plan caps
- Run Shuffle now requires the previous distribution to be fully resolved first, Batch Management gains search, sort and date filters, and plan caps are now concrete: 1 guild and 50 members on free, 3 guilds and 300 members on Premium, with upgraded usage bars to match.
- ImprovedRun Shuffle
Renamed from Run Ceremony, and it now requires a clean slate: every pick from the previous run must be handed out or skipped (or that distribution concluded) before a new shuffle can start. No more overlapping queues.
- NewBatch Management filters
Search claimed lists by member name, sort by name, newest or oldest claim, or highest quantity, and narrow to a date range.
- ImprovedPlan caps
Premium is now 3 guilds and up to 300 members per community (previously unlimited members); free stays at 1 guild and 50 members. The billing page's usage bars got a bolder look with percentage chips.
- FixedBatch Management layout
Claimed rows no longer wrap onto a second line with dead space at narrower widths.
- Improved/lineup rework
/lineup view is now a proper embed showing your assignment across every preset at once. New /lineup party command shows your full party lineup and squad for a preset, picked from a live suggestion list instead of typing the preset name.
- NewPer-guild Discord overrides
Communities running multiple guilds can now give each guild its own attendance and rewards alert channels, and its own Leaders role, in Guild Settings. Blank inherits the community default from Settings, Discord.
Smoother onboarding, Discord settings page, and recruitment control
- New leaders get a getting-started checklist and a clearer first-run flow, everything Discord now lives on its own settings page with live connection health, billing shows usage bars for your caps, and guild owners can now set their recruitment to open, invite-only, or closed.
- NewRecruitment visibility
Guild Settings gains a Recruitment panel: Listed (public, open applications), Unlisted (direct apply link only), or Closed (no applications). A Copy apply link button sits right there.
- NewDiscord settings page
Roles and alert channels moved from Community settings to a dedicated Settings page named Discord, with a connection status card (bot install, member list sync) and warnings when a saved role or channel was deleted on Discord.
- NewGetting started checklist
Community owners see a live checklist on the dashboard until setup is complete: install the bot, create a guild, connect Discord, add your roster, share your apply link.
- NewUsage & limits on billing
Plan & Billing now shows usage bars for guild slots, roster members against the free-tier cap, and trial days remaining.
- ImprovedFirst-run experience
Brand-new accounts get a two-path start: set up your own guild community, or find a guild to join. Guides and Marketplace now walk unverified visitors into the Omnis Discord instead of a flat refusal.
- FixedPremium guild slots
Paid communities can now actually create up to their advertised guild cap; previously the free-tier cap was applied to everyone.
Member cap, history limits, and Insights for Premium
- Free communities are capped at 50 members; Premium is unlimited. Attendance & Gear Progress history and CSV exports now go back 30 days on free, full history on Premium. Officers on Premium also get a new Insights page: roster growth, attendance rate, and gear-completion trends.
- NewFree-tier member cap
Free communities are capped at 50 active members across their guild(s). Adding a member past the cap (manual add, applicant accept, or spreadsheet import) is blocked with an upgrade prompt instead of silently going over.
- NewHistory & export limits
Attendance and Gear Progress history show the last 30 days on the free plan; Premium sees everything. CSV export (Members page) is now a Premium-only action.
- NewInsights
New Officer-only page (Premium) with three trends: roster growth (joins vs. leaves per month), weekly attendance rate per event type, and Gear Progress completion rate per cycle.
Referral codes
- Got a referral code? Enter it on the Plan & Billing page before your first payment for a one-time discount.
- NewReferral codes
A code entered on the Plan & Billing page discounts a community's first-ever paid checkout (percent or fixed peso amount). Codes are issued by the platform owner.
Five new notifications, color-coded ranks
- The bell now nudges you when you're missed, celebrates a 3-event streak, warns at 2 in a row, and reminds you daily while Gear Progress is still due. Ranks are color-coded everywhere they show up.
- NewAttendance nudges
Marked absent from an event, you now get a bell notification inviting you to file an excuse if you couldn't make it. Hit 2 misses in a row and the message asks you to let an officer know why. Attend 3 in a row and you get an acknowledgment.
- NewGear Progress due reminders
A daily bell notification while your current cycle's stats are still unsubmitted, stops the moment you submit or get approved.
- NewGear Progress approval notice
A bell notification the moment an officer approves your submission.
- ImprovedColor-coded ranks
Officer, Veteran, Member, and Trial now render as color-coded tags (gold, blue, white, grey) on member profiles and the roster table, instead of plain text.
- Improved/flex overflow indicator
A member with more than two lineup slots now shows a “+N more” line instead of silently dropping them from the card.
AI gear auto-fill and a member profile worth opening
- On paid plans, gear stats now read themselves out of the proof screenshots members attach. And every member profile got the dashboard treatment: class colors, vitals, and grouped sections.
- NewAI auto-fill from screenshots (paid)
Attach your stat screenshots on My Gear Progress and hit Auto-fill: the AI reads what it can into the entry form, only into fields you haven't typed in yourself. Review, fill the gaps, and submit through the same officer review as always. If the AI is busy, manual entry keeps working, it never blocks your submission.
- ImprovedMember profile page rework
Profiles are now a character sheet tinted with the member's class color: identity tags, points, gear score, and attendance up top, vitals cards for each event type, and the rest grouped into Profile, Attendance, Rewards, Gear Progress, and History sections.
- NewOfficer gear entry right on the profile
The profile's Gear Progress panel now has an inline Enter values form for officers, no more detour to the gear page to record a member's stats.
- ImprovedProof screenshots cap raised to 10
Gear submissions now take up to 10 proof screenshots per cycle, and those same screenshots are what auto-fill reads.
Gear Progress, rebuilt around your game's real stats
- Gear tracking is now structured per game: Combat Power, PVP stats, feather tiers, whatever your game uses, with manual entry, proof screenshots, and officer review.
- NewManual gear entry with officer review
Members type in their monthly stats (grouped like the game shows them) and attach up to 4 proof screenshots. Submissions land in a pending queue where an officer compares them against the member's current numbers and approves or rejects with a reason. Proof images are deleted the moment a decision is made.
- NewConfigurable gear attributes
Each game now has an attribute catalog (score, primary/secondary stats, equipment, with role-only stats like DPS-only PATK). Leaders can toggle game attributes off for their guild and add custom ones in Guild Settings → Gear attributes.
- NewGear progress overview
The Roster Review tab now opens with guild-wide cards, average gear score, submissions this cycle, pending reviews, top gainer, above a sortable table with per-member score, monthly change, and status. Officers can enter any member's values inline.
- NewGear score across Guild Manager
Your game's main score (e.g. Combat Power) now shows as a sortable Members roster column, next to assigned members in the Lineup Builder while building (kept out of the shareable Preview), and on member profiles.
Flex your standing card straight from Discord
- A new /flex command posts your standing card in the channel, no more manual screenshots.
- New/flex bot command
Posts your rank, tenure, 30-day attendance, lineup slot, last loot, points balance, and reward-cycle status as an image, right in the channel.
A proper website, and a new Dashboard home
- The site is now split in two: a public website that explains the app (landing, pricing, docs), and a clean Dashboard home for everyone logged in.
- NewNew Dashboard home
Logging in now lands you on /dashboard: your communities (with plan status, for owners) and your guilds (with your IGN and rank) as cards, one click from any of them into the Guild Manager.
- NewPublic website
The homepage is now a proper landing page for leaders discovering Omnis, with a live product preview, feature tour, interactive 3-step setup walkthrough, and pricing. Docs and Changelog moved there too.
- ImprovedGame Hub moved to /games
Browse games and latest guides now live at /games in the app, reachable from the sidebar as before. Pricing left the sidebar, it belongs to the website, not your workspace.
Login popup, everywhere it's needed
- Posting a Marketplace listing or applying to a guild while logged out now prompts login in place.
- ImprovedNew listing and Apply to Guild use the login popup
Clicking + New listing on the Marketplace or Apply to Guild in the sidebar while logged out now opens the login popup and takes you straight to what you clicked once you're signed in, instead of bouncing you to a separate login page.
Login, made obvious
- Login is now the big blue button, Add to Discord is for server owners.
- ImprovedLogin is the prominent button
If you're already in the guild's Discord, Login is all you need, it's now the same bold Discord-blue button as the login page's own sign-in.
- ImprovedLogin opens in a popup
Clicking Login now opens an in-page popup instead of navigating you away from the page you were on, signing in returns you right where you were.
- NewBack to homepage link on the login page
The login page had no way back if you landed there by mistake, added a link.
Undo-able event/item removal, priority toggle
- Removing a GVG event type or reward item no longer erases its history, it can be restored.
- NewRestore deleted event types & reward items
Removing one now archives it instead of erasing it, its full history stays intact and it can be restored from a "Show deleted" list in Settings. Removal itself now needs typing the item's key to confirm.
- NewTurn off Rewards priority for on-time attendance
New toggle in Settings → Rewards Hub. Off by default behavior is unchanged (early attendees keep first pick), turn it on to make ceremonies fully equal for everyone who attended, no bonus for showing up on time.
- Fixed"Missed last batch" no longer flags new members
A member who joined after the last batch closed is no longer shown as having missed it, they're only ever eligible starting the batch that's open now.
Configure your own Rewards items
- Rewards Hub items are no longer fixed, add whatever your guild actually hands out in Settings.
- NewCustom reward items
Add, rename, or remove reward items per guild in Settings → Reward items. Any item can optionally split into two named sub-currencies handed out together, matching however your guild actually runs loot.
- NewCustom eligibility tier names
Rename the Priority/Fallback eligibility tiers in Settings to match your guild's own terminology.
Delete your community's data any time
- Community owners can now permanently delete all their data from Settings → Community.
- NewSelf-service data deletion
Wipe your roster, attendance, rewards, and lineups permanently, behind three confirmation steps (Discord re-verification, an email code, and typing your community's name) since it can't be undone. Payment records are kept for accounting.
Payment history, renewal reminders, and email notifications
- Your billing page now shows payment history, and you can resume an unpaid checkout.
- Renewal and trial reminders arrive by Discord DM and email before anything expires.
- NewPayment history
The Plan & Billing page lists your recent checkouts with status. An unpaid checkout can be resumed for up to an hour; after that it expires with no charge.
- NewEmail notifications
Payment confirmations, renewal reminders, trial-ending notices, and grace-period warnings now also arrive by email, alongside the existing Discord DMs.
- ImprovedRenewal reminders
The bot now nudges community owners a few days before a plan or trial ends, not only after. Renewal stays manual, there is no auto-charge.
- FixedInternational payments
USD payments are now recorded with their real amount and currency everywhere billing totals appear.
Add Omnis to your own Discord server
- The homepage, login page, and topbar now carry an Add to Discord button, one click installs the bot on your server and signs you into the site, with a 7-day full-access trial starting automatically.
- NewAdd to Discord
One authorize screen installs the bot and logs you in here, server owners land straight in guild setup.
- NewDashboard button
Once you're signed in, the topbar's install button becomes a Dashboard shortcut into the Guild Manager.
Online payment is live
- Plan & Billing now has a working Pay button, GCash, Maya, and cards via Xendit's hosted checkout. Paying always renews from whichever is later: today, or your current period's end.
- NewXendit checkout
Community owners can pay for the plan directly from Settings → Plan & Billing instead of waiting on manual renewal.
Notification bell: clear it, plus a full history page
- The bell had no way to declutter itself, attendance alerts alone could push a week's worth of notifications past the visible list. You can now clear individual rows or the whole panel, and a new /notifications page keeps the complete record as a backup.
- NewClear notifications
Each row has a small × to clear it from the bell, plus a "Clear all" in the header. Clearing only hides it from the bell, the row isn't deleted.
- NewNotification history page
A new /notifications page (linked from the bottom of the bell panel) lists everything ever sent to your account, paginated, including cleared rows, the backup that makes "Clear all" safe to use.
Marketplace: Mark sold from the expiry notification
- The pre-expiry notification in the bell icon now has both Extend and Mark sold buttons, previously only Extend was there, so confirming a sale meant leaving the notification to go find the listing.
- NewMark sold button
The bell notification for a listing expiring within a day now shows Extend 3 days and Mark sold side by side. Either one resolves the notification on the spot, same one-click behavior as the Discord DM's buttons.
Attendance Overview grid
- A new member × event-day grid shows the whole guild's attendance in one view, every member down the side, every event day across the top, replacing the old check-each-day-one-at-a-time workflow (and the spreadsheet before that).
- NewOverview grid
From Attendance → "Overview grid": lit tiles for attended, dark slots for absent, E for excused, and ghost tiles for days before a member joined. Includes an event-type dropdown (single event or all interleaved), date-range presets, member search, sortable attendance-rate bars, and all-time miss-streak flags. Member names link to their profile.
- ImprovedLast 14 days preset
The attendance date-range filter now offers Last 14 days alongside 7 and 30, on both the day history and the new grid.
Marketplace: edit your own listing
- You can now edit an active listing's type, category, title, price, server, description, and image right from the listing page, previously the only options were Mark sold or Delete.
- NewEdit listing
An "Edit" button next to Mark sold/Delete (owner or a Leader) opens the same fields used when creating a listing, in place. Only available while the listing is still Active, a sold or expired listing has to be relisted instead.
Marketplace: Selling/Buying badges
- Marketplace listing cards now carry an explicit "Selling" or "Buying" badge, previously the only signal was a thin colored side border.
- ImprovedSelling/Buying badge on listing cards
The board and "My listings" now show a small colored badge (green Selling, gold Buying) next to the category, instead of relying only on a subtle left border color to tell the two apart.
Attendance page layout
- "+ Record attendance" and "+ I attended" moved up next to the controls they belong with, so the page needs less scrolling before you can act.
- ImprovedRecord attendance sits next to the date filter
The "+ Record attendance" button now lives in the same row as the All Time / 7 days / 30 days / Custom filter, right-aligned, instead of its own row below.
- ImprovedSelf-report button moved into the top bar
"+ I attended (wasn't captured)" now sits in the breadcrumb/event-type row, right-aligned, so it's visible without scrolling past the stat cards.
Lineup Builder ordering & safety
- Party numbers now always read in order, every move renumbers the raid. Squads can be reordered right from the grid, and deleting a squad asks for confirmation first.
- FixedParty numbers scattered after a move
Moving a party into a different squad (via the Move menu or drag-drop) used to keep its old number, so a squad's parties could end up numbered out of order (e.g. Party 1 and Party 5 together). Every move now renumbers the whole raid so each squad's numbers are always a consecutive block, in squad order.
- NewReorder squads from the grid
Each squad header now has ◀ ▶ buttons to move it earlier or later in the raid. Party numbers follow the squad order, so moving a squad up also gives its parties the lower numbers.
- ImprovedPreview rows are easier to scan, more compact
In the full-screen lineup preview, member rows now alternate a subtle darker shade so adjacent rows don't blur together. Also tightened vertical spacing throughout (headers, cards, rows) so a full raid fits in fewer screenshot-friendly pixels, this preview is normally shared in Discord as a screenshot.
- ImprovedList View drag shows where you'll land
Dragging a raid, squad, or party in the List View now shows a gold "Drop here" marker at the exact position it will take, and highlights the row you're over. Rows that aren't valid targets (a different squad's parties, another raid's squads) no longer react at all.
- FixedSquad delete needed only one click
The × on a squad header deleted it instantly, one stray click and it was gone. It now asks for confirmation first, and spells out that the squad's parties aren't lost (they move to another squad in the raid).
Members without Discord
- The roster no longer requires Discord: add a member who isn't on the server at all, run their attendance, rewards, and lineup slots as normal, and merge them into their real Discord account later, history included, if they ever join.
- NewAdd a member who isn't on Discord
The Add Member form has a new "They're not on Discord? Add them anyway" path that skips the Discord search, just IGN, class, role, and rank. They join the roster like anyone else and work everywhere: manual attendance, reward ceremonies, the Lineup Builder pool.
- New"Not in Discord" tag
Members added this way carry a small tag on the Members roster and their profile page, so it's always clear why they have no Discord handle and why auto voice-capture never records them (their attendance is manual-add only).
- FixedStreak column looked like a good thing
The roster's streak cells said "2 in a row" in neutral styling, but that column counts consecutive *missed* events. It now reads "2 missed in a row" in red, and members with no active miss streak get a green "✓ no misses".
- NewMerge into a Discord account
If they later join the server, an Officer opens their profile and merges them into the real account, every attendance record, excusal, reward claim, lineup slot, and gear snapshot moves over in one step. Nothing is re-entered, nothing is lost.
Lineup Builder & Members roster fixes
- A class/role edit on the Members page now actually shows up in the Lineup Builder, the Unassigned Pool can be filtered by class, and the raid preview shows every raid in one scroll instead of tab-switching between them.
- FixedLineup Builder showed stale class/role
Editing a member's class or role on the Members page didn't reach that member's slot in the Lineup Builder if they were already placed, the slot kept whatever was true at the moment they were assigned. Now always resolved from the current roster.
- FixedSidebar double-highlight
"Platform settings" (or "Settings") stayed highlighted alongside whichever settings sub-page you were actually on, e.g. Plan & Billing.
- NewUnassigned Pool class filter
A class dropdown above the pool narrows it down to one class at a time, useful once a raid's pool grows past a screenful.
- NewPossible-duplicate flag on the Members roster
Two active, unlinked members sharing an IGN or Discord name now get a small warning badge linking straight to that member's Linked Accounts panel, so a likely alt account gets caught without needing a bug report.
- ImprovedRaid preview shows every raid at once
The full-screen lineup preview used to hold one raid behind tab buttons that swapped the whole view. It now stacks every raid in one continuous scroll, no more tabs to switch between.
- ImprovedParty grid resize gets real +/- buttons and a shrink warning
The parties × per-party fields now use +/- steppers instead of tiny native number-input arrows, and applying a smaller grid asks for confirmation first since it bumps whoever was in the removed slots back to the pool.
- ImprovedTap-to-place cancels on outside click
Tapping a member to place them (touch-friendly alternative to drag-and-drop) used to stay "armed" until you tapped a slot or the Cancel button. Now tapping anywhere outside the builder, or switching windows, cancels it too.
- FixedDashboard standing panel left a gap
"Your standing" showed an empty cell next to Attendance whenever Power wasn't displayed (gear progress off or nothing submitted). Lineup now fills that spot instead of always dropping to its own row.
- FixedBreadcrumb bar drifted right on mobile
The "Guild Manager / …" bar under the top search bar could render shifted off left-aligned on phones, leaving dead space on the left. It's now a plain full-width block on small screens.
- FixedMarketplace copy button copied the wrong thing
The copy icon next to a seller's name on a listing copied their raw Discord ID instead of their @handle. Now copies the @handle, matching what's shown right below it.
- FixedExpired listings could linger on the marketplace board
Listings past their 3-day window could stay publicly visible if the background cleanup didn't run. The board now hides anything past its expiry immediately, on its own.
One Guild Settings page
- Guild identity and GVG Event Types now live on one Guild Settings page per guild, reachable from a gear icon on the Dashboard or the renamed Manage Guild nav group, no more hunting through Platform Admin for it.
- NewGuild Settings page
Combines guild name/game/feature toggles with GVG Event Types in one place, opened from the Dashboard's gear icon or Manage Guild → Guild Settings.
- ImprovedSidebar relabels
"Manage" renamed to "Manage Guild"; Platform Admin's "Settings" renamed to "Platform settings" for clarity next to the newer Community Owner group.
- ImprovedWide-screen layouts
Dashboard's standing/quests/war-room panels now sit side by side instead of stacking, Guild Settings splits into two columns, and every Guild Manager page caps its width so content and buttons don't drift to the far edge on large monitors.
- ImprovedNew Guild moved
Now the last option in the guild switcher dropdown (top of the sidebar) instead of buried under Platform Admin, so a community owner without platform-wide access can actually find it.
Attendance priority + reliability
- Leaders can now promote any capture, auto or manual, to count as on-time for Rewards, and a dropped auto-capture now retries itself instead of silently failing.
- NewMark a capture as Priority
Leaders can now promote any capture, auto or manual, to count as on-time for Rewards, for a day worth being lenient about (e.g. a late secondary re-check).
- FixedDropped auto-capture retry
A one-off database hiccup could silently drop a scheduled attendance capture. It now retries automatically before giving up.
Rewards & Attendance polish
- Reward Distribution rows stay put when you claim one item and skip the other, claims get an undo tag, and Claim History gets sorting plus a cross-batch trail.
- FixedDistribution queue row jumps
Claiming a member's Puppet Fragment while their Feathers pick was still pending used to bounce their row down the list. Rows now hold their position until a member is fully resolved off the queue.
- NewClaimed confirmation + undo
A successful claim leaves a short-lived "Claimed 2× Puppet Fragment" tag on the member's row with an Undo button, so a misclick doesn't require a trip to Claim History.
- NewSortable Claim History + claims trail
Claims table headers are now clickable to sort. A new "Recent claims trail" window shows every claim across both items and all batch cycles, newest first.
- NewDelete a bad attendance capture
Officers can now delete a whole capture (e.g. an accidental test run) from a day's Event Attendance history in one action, instead of removing members one at a time.
Lineup Builder, rebuilt around presets
- All raids on one page with cross-raid party moves, renameable raids (up to 6), a List view for arranging without dragging, and saved lineup presets per event.
- NewLineup presets
Keep a complete separate lineup per strategy, e.g. one for Guild League, another for Emperium Overrun. Switch via the dropdown, rename inline with the pencil, or Duplicate the current lineup as a starting point. Multiple presets are part of the paid plan.
- ImprovedOne page, every raid
Main Raid and Sub Raid (and any raid you add, up to 6) now stack on a single page, so a whole party can move between raids by drag, tap, or the new Move button's raid → squad menu. Raids are renameable, each with its own Commander, Leader, and party grid size.
- NewList view
A slide-in panel that re-arranges raids, squads, and parties with ↑↓ arrows or a drag handle, both work on touch screens, no board dragging needed.
- New/lineup preset option
The Discord command now takes a preset name to check your assignment in any preset, and lists the available ones.
- FixedPool scrollbar
The Unassigned Pool now uses the same thin themed scrollbar as the sidebar instead of the default OS one.
Docs refresh + admin area cleanup
- The Docs page now covers Game Guides and how plans & billing work, and the admin area moved into the same navigation as the rest of the site.
- NewDocs: Game Guides & Plans
Two new sections on the public Docs page, how the guide-writing hub works, and what the free tier, paid plan, trial, and grace period mean for a community.
- ImprovedAdmin pages, same shell
Platform Overview and Settings now use the same sidebar navigation as everything else instead of the old standalone top bar, and Settings is regrouped with your community's options first.
- FixedIcons that match
Dashboard and Platform Overview had unrelated icons (a sun glyph doing double duty). Each now has its own, a panel grid and a pulse line.
Game Guides, rebuilt
- The guide-writing area is now one modern hub inside the main site, with quick popups for reviewing, points, and starting a guide.
- ImprovedOne hub, same site
Game Guides now lives in the normal sidebar and top bar, no more separate "Back to site" world. My Guides, Review, and Comments are tabs on a single page.
- NewGuide cards
Your guides show as cards with cover art, status, views, votes, and comments. A rejected guide shows the Leader's note right on the card, and you can withdraw a submission back to draft.
- NewQuick review popup
Leaders review a submitted guide in a popup, read it, approve, or request changes with a note, and clear the whole queue without leaving the page. Pending counts show as badges in the sidebar and on the tabs.
- NewFast popups
Point history and New Guide open instantly as popups instead of separate pages.
Guides dashboard moves to /guides
- The writer dashboard has a clearer home at /guides, old /admin links redirect automatically.
- ImprovedNew address
My Guides, New Guide, Review Queue, Comments, and Points now live under /guides (e.g. /guides/new). Every old /admin bookmark or shared link redirects permanently.
- ImprovedDurable listing images
Marketplace listing images are copied to Omnis-hosted storage when posted, so pictures no longer break when the original link (like a Discord attachment) expires.
- NewMove parties by tap
In the Lineup Builder, tap a party's header to pick up the whole party, then tap another squad to move it, squad reorganizing now works on phones too.
Lineup editing on your phone
- The Lineup Builder now works on touch screens, tap a member, then tap where they go.
- NewTap to assign
Tap a member (in the pool, a slot, or the leave list) to pick them up, then tap a slot, the pool, or the leave list to place them. A bar at the bottom shows who you're moving. Drag-and-drop still works on desktop.
- ImprovedCleaner phone screens
The floating promo card no longer appears on small screens.
Mobile polish
- Every page now fits a phone screen, no more sideways scrolling or zoomed-out tiny text in the Guild Manager.
- FixedPhone-width layouts
Attendance, Members, History, Applicants, Reward Distribution, and member profiles no longer force the page wider than the screen, section notes wrap and toolbars adapt instead.
- ImprovedCompact top bar
On small screens the top bar keeps the search front and center; button labels collapse to icons and wide tables scroll within their own panel.
Multi-community foundation
- Under the hood, Omnis can now host many Discord communities, and verifying your account got simpler: just sign in.
- ImprovedSimpler verification
Logging into the site with Discord now verifies you fully, running /link is no longer required (both do the same thing). Leaving the Discord server automatically un-verifies.
- NewCommunity settings
Settings → Community configures how the Guild Manager connects to the Discord server: leader role, alert channels, and community identity.
- ImprovedFoundation work
Every roster, attendance record, and permission is now scoped to its own community, the groundwork for opening Omnis to other guild communities.
Spreadsheet roster import
- Bring your whole guild over in one go, upload your roster sheet (or paste it straight from Excel), review every row, and import up to 300 members at once.
- NewImport roster
New Members → Import roster flow (Officer+): upload a CSV or paste cells from Excel/Google Sheets, map your columns to IGN/Class/Role/Discord, and review the full muster before anything is written.
- NewSmart matching
Rows are matched to real Discord accounts automatically, by Discord handle, by IGN, or against the existing roster. Unmatched rows get a picker with suggestions; misspelled classes get a fix-it dropdown; nothing is ever guessed silently.
- ImprovedAudit trail
Every imported member gets a proper audit entry marked "Spreadsheet import", so History shows exactly what the import did.
New login page
- Signing in now has a proper front door, a split-screen page that shows what the Guild Manager does before you enter, with live community stats.
- NewLogin page
New /login page: what you get when you sign in, live platform stats (community members, attendance records, audited actions, real counts, refreshed hourly), and the one-click Discord sign-in.
- ImprovedSign-in flow
The topbar Login button and every signed-out redirect now land on /login instead of jumping straight into Discord, and still return you to the page you were headed to after signing in.
Guild Dashboard
- Every guild now has a home page, a game-style HUD with a raid countdown, war-room queues for officers, and a personal character sheet + quest log for every member.
- NewDashboard
New guild home at Manage → Dashboard: guild banner with a live countdown to the next scheduled event, war-attendance bar, gear-snapshot progress ring, roster avatars, and a guild power trend.
- NewWar room
Officers see every queue that needs them, recruits awaiting review, attendance reports to verify, unresolved reward picks, and wavering members, with one-click jumps into the right page. Empty queues stay hidden.
- NewYour standing + Quest log
Members get a character sheet (attendance, power, lineup slot, last reward) and a quest log that ticks itself off, like uploading this month's gear snapshot, as things get done.
- ImprovedGuild links
Guild tiles, the guild switcher, and post-login redirects now land on the Dashboard instead of Attendance.
New homepage
- The homepage now leads with what Omnis is for: running your guild without the spreadsheets.
- ImprovedGuild Manager front and center
The hero and a new feature section pitch the tools leaders and officers actually use, auto attendance, the living roster, lineup builder, fair reward rotation, applications, and Gear Progress.
- ImprovedGuides still one click away
Guide writing moved into a link in the closing call-to-action instead of owning the bottom of the page.
Faster navigation
- A speed pass across the whole guild manager, the roster page loads about twice as fast.
- ImprovedFaster page loads
Every page now fetches its permission checks and data in parallel batches instead of one after another, and the roster's Discord role lookup is cached for a minute, the heaviest pages dropped by roughly half.
My Profile
- Update your own IGN, class and role from anywhere, click your name in the sidebar.
- NewAccount dropdown
Your name at the bottom of the sidebar now opens a menu with My Profile and Log out.
- NewSelf-service guild info
My Profile is a popup, so you can fix your IGN, class or role from any page without asking an officer. Rank stays officer-managed, and self-edits appear in History.
Security hardening
- A full access-control audit of every page and API route, ahead of opening the platform to more guilds.
- FixedGuild pages are now guild-scoped
Attendance, roster, lineup, rewards and gear pages, and their APIs, now require you to actually be on that guild's roster (or a Leader), not just a verified community member.
- ImprovedDefense in depth
Every gated page now enforces its own access check rather than relying on its section's shared gate, so no page can render data it shouldn't.
Notifications
- A bell in the top bar now tells you when things happen to your listings, guides, rank, attendance and rewards.
- NewNotification bell
Sits left of What's New with an unread count. Opening it shows your recent notifications, each with Mark as read, plus Mark all as read at the top.
- NewWhat you'll be told about
Your listing posted, expiring, expired, or removed by an officer; your guide submitted and approved; an officer changing your rank; attendance recorded for you; a reward claim recorded in your name; and a new game added to the platform.
- NewExtend straight from the bell
An expiring-listing notification carries an Extend 3 days button instead of Mark as read, acting on it is the acknowledgement, so there's no second click.
What's New shows the whole day
- The What's New popup now covers every release from that day, not just the last one.
- ImprovedFull day of updates
Several versions often ship in one day. Opening What's New now shows all of them together, grouped under the date, instead of only whichever landed last.
- ImprovedGear Progress is marked Beta
Gear Progress now carries a Beta tag in the sidebar and the docs, and its icon changed from a cog to a breastplate, a cog read as 'settings', which is the wrong idea for a feature about in-game equipment.
Listings open in place
- Clicking a listing on the marketplace opens it right there instead of loading a new page.
- ImprovedListing popup
Opening a listing from the board no longer navigates away, it opens over the board so you can close it and keep browsing. Ctrl/⌘-click and right-click still open the full page in a new tab, and that page is still what gets shared and linked.
- FixedGames you can't list in
Games with no marketplace categories set up no longer appear in the game dropdown, on the board filter or the listing form, picking one led to a form you couldn't submit. When only one game is listable, the dropdown is shown as fixed rather than pretending there's a choice.
- FixedDropdown arrow spacing
The marketplace listing form used the browser's default select arrow, which sat hard against the right edge. It now uses the same control as the rest of the app, with the arrow inset to match the text padding.
Post from anywhere
- List an item or start a guide from the top bar without leaving the page you're on.
- NewList Item
A new top-bar button opens the marketplace listing form in a popup, so you can post an item from any page in Guild Manager.
- ImprovedCreate Guide
Now opens the guide editor in a popup too, instead of navigating you away. Saving a draft or submitting still takes you into the full editor to keep writing.
- FixedGear Progress was invisible
The sidebar link is gated on the per-guild Gear Progress setting, which was still switched off after testing. It's on for OMNIS now and shows under Manage. Leaders can toggle it in General settings.
Marketplace listings now expire
- Listings run for 3 days, and the bot DMs you a day before yours ends so you can extend it or mark it sold.
- New3-day listings
Every listing now has an expiry. When it passes, the listing comes off the public board, it isn't deleted, it just stops showing to buyers. This keeps the board free of items that sold weeks ago.
- NewExpiry reminder on Discord
24 hours before a listing expires, the bot DMs the seller with two buttons: extend for another 3 days, or mark it sold. Either one resolves it without opening the site.
- NewRelist and countdown
My listings shows a live countdown on everything still active, highlights anything in its last day, and gives expired listings a one-click Relist. Everything the DM can do is also available on the site, for anyone with Discord DMs closed.
- NewMarketplace documentation
The docs page now has a Marketplace section covering posting, images, expiry, and relisting.
- FixedWhat's New opened as a sliver
The modal rendered inside the top bar, whose backdrop blur trapped it there, so only its header strip was visible. It now opens over the whole page. The mobile navigation drawer had the same latent problem and was fixed with it.
What's New and a public Changelog
- Every release now shows up in the topbar the first time you visit after it ships.
- NewWhat's New
A What's New button sits in the topbar next to Docs. It opens on its own once per release, then stays available so you can re-read the latest notes any time.
- NewChangelog page
The full release history now lives at /changelog, public, so members and prospective guilds can see what's shipping without logging in.
Marketplace, rebuilt
- The board is now a grid of compact cards, and the filters scale as more games are added.
- ImprovedFilters that scale
Games moved into a dropdown instead of one pill each, so adding games no longer stretches the filter bar. Buying/Selling is a single segmented control, and category chips sit below it.
- ImprovedGrid listings
Listings render as compact cards in a responsive grid rather than full-width rows, and each card shows the seller's IGN alongside their Discord handle.
- ImprovedRebuilt inner pages
The listing detail, new listing, and my listings pages were rebuilt with breadcrumbs, a two-column layout, and active/total counts.
- FixedDisappearing listing images
Image links copied straight out of a Discord chat expire after about a day. Listings now fall back to a placeholder instead of a broken image, and the post form warns you at the time you paste one.
Gear Progress
- Upload your in-game gear and stat screenshots and have them read into data automatically.
- Officers get a roster-wide view of who has submitted and how everyone is progressing.
- NewGear Progress
Upload your gear, stat, and combat power screens; the numbers are extracted for you, you confirm or correct them, then they save as that month's snapshot. Screenshots are never stored, only the data you confirm.
- NewRoster Review
Officers see who hasn't submitted this cycle, everyone's current power score, and the month-over-month change, with each row linking into that member's history.
- NewPublic documentation
A full walkthrough of every area of the app, plus every Discord bot command, now lives at /docs, readable without an account.
Puppet-first reward distribution
- The distribution queue now puts puppet claims ahead of feathers-only claims.
- ImprovedPuppet-first ordering
Members with a puppet fragment claim sort to the top of the queue, since puppets are always handed out first. Feathers-only claims fall below them.
- NewPriority and Fallback sections
The queue is split into Priority members and Fallback members with their own headers and counts, so it's clear at a glance who is being served in this pass.
Alt accounts and reward catch-ups
- Alt Discord accounts can be linked to one member, so attendance and rewards count together.
- NewAlt account linking
Officers can link a member's alt Discord accounts to their main. Attendance, rewards, and eligibility all resolve to the main account from then on.
- NewCatch-up claims
A claim can be recorded into an older, already-concluded batch for members who were missed at the time.
- NewMissed last batch indicator
Pending queue items now flag members who went unserved in the previous batch, so they aren't skipped twice in a row.
- ImprovedSafer Skip
Skip asks for a second confirmation, and clicking anywhere outside an armed confirm button cancels it.
- Fixed/link no longer fails on role errors
Linking your Discord account no longer returns a 500 when the bot can't grant the Linked role, it reports the real problem instead.
Feathers tracked by type
- Light & Dark and Time & Space feathers are counted separately end to end.
- NewFeather sub-quantities
Light & Dark and Time & Space are recorded as separate quantities across Batch Management, the distribution queue, Claim History, and the CSV export.
- ImprovedIndependent claims
Puppet Fragment and Feathers can be claimed independently of each other rather than as one combined claim.
- ImprovedRewards Shuffle
The shuffle now randomizes names only. Item and quantity rolling was removed, those are decided by the batch, not by chance.
- NewClaim History search
Search by name across the Claims, Skipped, and Pending tabs.
- NewPending applicant badge
The sidebar shows a count of applications waiting for review on each guild you help run.
- FixedBatch Management layout
Rows no longer go ragged for members with several claims, and the Light & Dark / Time & Space quantity inputs are consistently sized.
