What do I get for free, forever?
The full member roster (up to 50 members), applications and trial ranks, the Lineup Builder, Attendance (voice scans, self-reports, excuses), Gear Progress, and all community features (Marketplace, guides, points) for one guild. History and CSV exports cap at the last 30 days on free; Premium is unlimited. Free isn't a demo, plenty of guilds run on it.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your community drops to the free tier automatically. Nothing is deleted, reward records stay put and unlock again the moment you subscribe. Attendance and Gear Progress keep working either way, they're free.
How do I pay? Do you take GCash?
Yes. Checkout is hosted by Xendit and takes GCash, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay, QR Ph, online banking, and over-the-counter payments at 7-Eleven and other outlets. Card payments (and USD checkout for international communities) are coming soon.
Do my members have to pay?
No. One subscription covers the whole community, every member and officer gets full access. Only the community owner manages the plan.
What if I stop paying?
You get a short grace period after your period ends, then the community returns to the free tier. Your data is never deleted for non-payment, and you can resubscribe any time to pick up where you left off.
How does Auto Attendance actually work?
You set an event schedule per event type. At those times the bot scans your configured voice channels and logs everyone in them, no screenshots, no roll calls. It re-checks on secondary schedules and officers can run a manual capture any time.
Is this better than our spreadsheet?
The spreadsheet forgets who edited what. Omnis logs every capture, claim, excusal, and rank change with who did it and when, and members can check their own standing from Discord instead of asking an officer.
Which games does Omnis support?
Omnis is game-agnostic, you define your own event types, reward items, classes, and roles, so it fits any guild-based game. Games on the platform get guides, marketplace categories, and community features too.
Is my guild's data safe? Can I delete it?
Your data belongs to you. Community owners can permanently delete all their community's data from Settings at any time, behind a multi-step verification so it can't happen by accident.
Can I manage everything from my phone?
Yes, every page in the Guild Manager works on mobile, including drag-free lineup editing built for touch screens.
