Terms of Service

OMNIS Guild Manager ("OMNIS", "we", "us") is a Discord bot and companion web dashboard for running a Discord gaming guild: attendance, rosters, applicant review, lineup building, gear progress tracking, and reward distribution. By adding the bot to a Discord server, signing in with Discord, or otherwise using OMNIS, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you set up or manage a guild, on behalf of that guild.

You sign in through Discord OAuth; we never see or store your Discord password. A guild is created and administered by whoever installs the bot and completes setup for a given Discord server (the "guild owner"), who is responsible for the accuracy of guild settings and for how members within that guild are managed.

A guild's game is locked once set during onboarding, since attendance, roster, and class/role data is built around it. To change a guild's game, contact support through our Discord.

Use OMNIS only for lawful guild management. You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another guild's data or another user's account.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the bot, dashboard, or the infrastructure behind them.
• Upload malware, or submit falsified attendance, gear, or reward data intended to defraud your own guild.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label OMNIS without our written permission.

"Your content" means anything a guild or its members submit through OMNIS: roster and member data, attendance records, applicant answers, lineup setups, gear progress entries, and proof screenshots uploaded for gear or quest submissions. You (or your guild) keep ownership of it. You grant us a license to store, process, and display it back to your guild solely to operate the service, for example rendering it on the dashboard or referencing it in bot commands.

Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, or that contains someone else's sensitive personal information without their consent.

OMNIS offers a free plan and a paid Premium plan. Premium is billed manually, one term at a time (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual), through Xendit-hosted checkout. Payment is a one-time charge for that term; OMNIS does not auto-renew or auto-charge a saved payment method. A guild keeps Premium access until the paid term ends, and can pay again any time before or after it lapses to continue.

Referral codes, where offered, apply only to a guild's first Monthly payment and cannot be combined with Quarterly/Annual term discounts. Prices, discounts, and plan features may change; changes apply to terms purchased after the change takes effect.

OMNIS relies on Discord for authentication and messaging, and Xendit for payment processing. Your use of Discord and Xendit is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for the availability or conduct of these third-party services.

We may suspend or terminate access to OMNIS for a guild or user that violates these terms, misuses the service, or poses a risk to other users. A guild owner can remove the bot from their server at any time. Some data may be permanently deleted after termination and isn't always recoverable.

OMNIS is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uptime, accuracy of computed stats (attendance streaks, gear cycles, reward rotations), or fitness for a particular purpose. Game data, class/role mappings, and cycle calendars reflect what we know at the time and may not always match a game's current state.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMNIS and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or ₱1,000 if you haven't paid us anything.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date above when we do; continuing to use OMNIS after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
